Skills:
· Project Manager – Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects.
· Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors and summarizes progress of project.
· Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project and raises red flags when appropriate.
· Establish Training programmes to increase adoption of the platform down to the Office and Agent level
· Establish a Support process to provide second level support to Regional Technical Staff
· Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
· Experience with CRM systems
· Understand the technical depth as well as validates the correct resources for the projects.
· Is responsible for owning the overall performance of the technical application as well as recommending best practice solutions based on client business needs.
Responsibilities:
· Exercises independent judgment while contributing to the improvement of the current systems
· Oversees, and has accountability for the successful completion of all aspects of assigned project work
· Effectively sets deadlines for local resources, facilitates meetings, demonstrate brainstorming / consensus building skills, and interacts with executive Partners and level project sponsors
· May be called on to take a role in sales initiatives related to help the Franchise Sales department by promoting the technology services provided
· Develops and maintains relationships with channel partners
· Supports and implements regional and corporate initiatives
· Provide delivery management to ensure customer satisfaction
· Interact with Consultants, Directors, Sales Staff & Management, Technology, Product Management
· Travels as needed
Ideal requirements:
· High level of education in business management or a computer science related field preferred
· 5-10 years of consulting and consulting management experience (real estate experience ideal)
· Ideally also 3-5 years’ experience managing all aspects of IT Department…
· Prior experience in systems integration consulting or software vendor services
· Demonstrated ability to grow and manage the technical personnel and processes associated with enterprise software
· Demonstrated creative problem solving ability
· Effective oral, presentation, and written communication skills
